“The principle of the introduction of an arbitrary should be thoroughly understood by a group. Because of an emergency or because of some past engram, there may exist, within or around the group, sources of continual arbitrary orders. An arbitrary is an order or command introduced into the group in an effort to lay aside certain harm which may befall the group or in an effort to get through a period of emergency and foreshortened time for a certain action. Subsequent arbitraries issued by any member of a group not during periods of emergency can be considered to be locks or dramatizations of the engrams of the group. Each time an arbitrary is introduced, it has the effect of reducing the rationale and tone of the group as a whole and will lead to the necessity to introduce two or three more arbitraries, each one of which in turn will lead to the necessity for several more arbitraries, until there is an entire network of arbitraries which have sought to correct some central evil. After a short time, a complexity in the situation makes it very difficult to discover the central point of departure. Any arbitrary order not only can be considered to be a lock or a dramatization on a group engram, but IS a lock or a dramatization on a group engram. To make this more clear, any continuing stream of arbitraries are dramatizations of an engram in the group and the lock is that turbulence created by the arbitrary’s issuance. In other words, the engram dramatizes by causing an individual to issue an arbitrary and the issuance of this arbitrary then creates a lock on top of the original engram. Of course, such issuances supercharge this engram.”

Fascimiles
"Actually, individuals have a tendency to pick a weight, one way or the other, at which they're comfortable. The body likes to have spare energy to run on, likes to do various things and a guy will get an energy level he's comfortable in. ...
"Now, you're going to cut this person's weight down. Not unless—not unless you remedy a few other things, believe me. Person feels better with a little bit of weight. Another thing, mass counts for something in this society. All that seems to mean anything to the current society is mass. If you get into a fight, always pick a very slender person with not much weight, because they can't put any beef behind a blow. Always do that. And not necessarily shorter. Preferably pick some very tall, very, very thin fellow and he'll be real tired.
"These people are voracious eaters but they never put on any weight through eating. I seriously doubt that anybody ever puts on any weight through eating. I think they put on weight through making a facsimile of the food which they are stuffing in their mouths and digesting the facsimile. And if they're unwilling to make a facsimile of the food, they can't eat. They can get no good out of food at all. This is also demonstrable in processing."

Human and Robots
“Just as we depend upon mobile phones and cars in our daily lives today, the next 15 years will see mass hybridization between humans and robots,”
Human ability
The basic aberration is inability to control motion.
Practically nobody controls motion to 100 percent of his capabilities. We don’t have to think in terms of vast and complex machines to see how this fits into industry. You take a janitor with a broom and send him down the aisle sweeping. You don’t have to have a person who can control the superultimate complexity of motion to have that janitor, but you would be surprised how many accidents he has if he is low on the Tone Scale.
He’ll shove the handle of the broom through this and that and he’ll knock—template off here, there, and he just goes through the place, and if you were to take—if he’s a very low Tone Scale individual—if you were to take all the objects which he had broken, bent or displaced during a year and strewed them up the aisle so that you could see all this happenstance at one instant, it would look like the Battle of Gettysburg.
He is not only unable to control his own motion with coordination but he conceives almost all other motions in the vicinity to have some ingredient of hostility. He is possibly up to the point where he can only express his hostility, not to objects which are capable of motion, but to objects which are inanimate. If the thing is completely dead, he can attack it. So he’ll break things, objects.”

Lipids and Health
Hyperlipidemia, in general, can be divided into two subcategories , ie; Hypercholesterolemia, in which there is a high level of cholesterol. And Hypertriglyceridemia, in which there is a high level of triglycerides, the most common form of fat. The majority of cases of hyperlipidemia in adults are not caused by primary disorders. They are most commonly due to seondary causes. The most common secondary cause of hyperlipidemia in adults is a sedentary lifestyle coupled with excessive intake of saturated fat, cholesterol, and trans fats. Other secondary causes of dyslipidemia include diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, chronic use of alcohol, and chronic kidney disease.1,2 Although dyslipidemia usually doesn’t cause symptoms, it can lead to symptomatic vascular disease, which includes coronary artery disease and peripheral arterial disease. Those with a high concentration of LDL in their blood can experience symptoms such as eyelid xanthelasmas and arcus corneae. Severe elevations of triglycerides can lead to the formation of eruptive xanthomas over the hands, knees, back, and elbows. The latest research shows that hyperlipidemia or dyslipidemia is also linked to erectile dysfunction.3 According to research, 20% of men who suffer from erectile dysfunction have dyslipidemia. Treatment of dyslipidemia is indicated for all patients who have cardiovascular disease and for some without. Treatment of dyslipidemia focuses primarily on reducing high levels of LDL cholesterol and secondarily on treating high levels of triglycerides, low levels of HDL cholesterol, and metabolic syndrome.4 For treating primary hyperlipidemia, statins, nicotinic acid, bile acid binding resins, psyllium husk and fibric acids are main drugs in common use. Bile acids in gastrointestinal tract bound to oral anion-exchange resin, like cholestyramine or psyllium are lost in the feces and depletion of the bile acid pool stimulates conversion of cholesterol to bile acid synthesis causing fall in intracellular cholesterol in hepatocytes, and an increase or up-regulation of both LDL-receptors and cholesterol synthesis.5 For many years psyllium husk has been used as an agent for gastrointestinal disturbances but it has hypolipidemic effects too. Psyllium husk binds bile acids in the intestine, thereby interrupting the enterohepatic circulation of bile acids and increasing the conversion of cholesterol into bile acids in the liver.1-4, 6-10
